Time is so mutable and intangibly permanent.  It cannot be altered and yet it alters those who interact within it.  The same can be said about fibers. Fiber is fiber, i.e. wool is wool and silk is silk.  The essence of fiber is never changed it is merely altered by the artist, the machine, or the wearer.  It is from this standpoint that I have chosen to represent time and memory through fiber arts.
